At Chisupet, we strive to deliver your pet’s essentials with care and efficiency. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We provide global shipping options to ensure your pet stays stylish and comfortable, no matter where you are:

  • Standard International Shipping: We offer a US$10 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency) flat rate to all countries, with estimated delivery between 6-14 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over US$80  (or the equivalent amount in your local currency), excluding certain heavy or bulky items.

Please Note: For certain heavy or bulky pet essentials (such as large beds or specialized gear), the US$10(or the equivalent amount in your local currency) flat fee or free shipping may not apply due to courier surcharges. Shipping costs for these items will be automatically calculated at checkout or stated in the product description.

International Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chisupet is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order beyond the estimated transit time mentioned above after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@chisupet.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will reach out to you via email to ensure a smooth delivery process.
